Why am I not seeing any returns on the QR code page?

You might not be seeing returns for one of the following reasons:

  1. There are no linked email accounts. ReturnMaven uses your email to track returns. To link your account, visit the Getting Started page.
  2. The email account you linked is not the one associated with your Amazon account.
  3. You haven’t returned anything recently. ReturnMaven only looks back at the last 90 days of your purchase history.

What information does ReturnMaven collect from my email account?

We only collect information that is directly related to your returns, such as order details, purchase history, and shipping information. We do not store your email login credentials or any other personal information from your email account.

Can I trust that my data is secure with ReturnMaven?

Yes. ReturnMaven encrypts all sensitive data and does not share it with any third party. The application has been independently verified via the Cloud Application Security Assessment (CASA) as part of the Gmail verification process. For more information, see our privacy policy.
